on the list of things to start doing, it's number 8. right after "7. stop thinking negative things about yourself and others" and before "9. enjoy little things in life" I think it's something to take to heart. generally this list is something to take to heart. I've been sick these past days, and as I was laying in bed, I started thinking a lot, remembering a lot ... I don't want to let go of all of this yet, but I feel like I should, somehow. It's not like it's pulling me down ... it's not like it's making me really sad. It's just constantly in my head and I'm trying to figure out what to make out of it.
