day eleven/fourteen
title: you are warming my heart
yay for a super-cliche concept.
rosa and I went to the city today and bought some cd's (kate nash, two door cinema club, sleigh bells, is tropical, the smiths, the pixies etc.) because we've been saving up for that for a long time now. so as we came home from a five hour trip through the city (besides cd's, we looked for new shoes), we both weren't really motivated to take a super-original photo. so, we made ourselves some black tea with a note of plum and and milk. this cup had inspired me so often already and I just felt like already taking a photo of it.
so yeah, this is the outcome. I am proud of it nevertheless, I don't know, I like the light.
Only thing I am unsure about ... the way I cropped it. Does it improve the composition or make it worse? I don't know, I just felt like cropping it because there was a distracting dark space on the right. what would you say about the way it is now?
besides, "eleven" is my lucky number, so maybe something exciting will happen with this photo. (because I am superstitious like that)
