sooooooooo. first of all, this is a remake of the photo .
I went on a walk with my lovely friend Lidan today and I was really looking for a good photo. When we passed this part of our cities forest, I remembered that I once had taken another photo right there. So I decided to remake it.
And because I find Dypitch's overly interesting, I made one out of it. I really hope you like it!

i like the whole two pics thing! to me it comes across like a little narrative; a quiet, peaceful scene and an intriguing path... and then a girl walks in and continues down the trail, which leads... ... where? haha, yay mystery! and the lighting is soo pretty. :3
Ganz ehrlich? (:
I like it that it's split up in an upper and lower part. The only thing that bothers me is the balance of the piece. The two pictures apart from each other are perfectly balanced but the two together gets a bit messy. The flare from the lower picture is something nice that gives a lovely effect to the picture, if it wasn't combined with the upper one. The upper is the modest picture, the one that lives on the little things with in the middle the sun, which gives it a warm heart (literally and figural speaking) The lower one had the attention towards Lidan, which is not a negative thing but it doesn't really fit with the upper one, which has no real point of attention except maybe the sun. I don't know if I made the point a bit clear, because it's quite hard to do so. Maybe it will help to say it this way: because the upper picture doesn't have a real point of attention, all the attention gets sucked to Lidan which makes the upper picture kind of useless. Hmm it's still not that clear how I've told it but I hope you understand it, otherwise I will try again to make a logical story of it that can be understood haha.
Well, thank you for this critique! I think that was what I tried to achieve at some part when making a Dypitch, putting them together so one of the photos is the "main" part. But it gets a little distracting tho'.
